What Do You Do If Other Members of Your Group Looking Bored and Not Participating? You Can Say:

1.      What do you want to say about this?

2.      Come on, work with us!

HOW TO MAKE CONTRACTION OF A DISCUSSION

Before We Start The Discussion, We Have To Know About Two Important Things:

1.      An understanding of the value of the discussion:

-Doing the test related to the topic

-Doing some independent research by your own

2.      Having knowledge of the topic

-Why am I this discussion

-And what the benefit to this discussion

A Discussion required a Clear Task:

1.      Question – usually the question will be discussion finish

2.      Sharing Idea – share about what we are think, it’s mean like comment or share opinion

3.      Decision or judgment – the final about discussion

Let’s Build Fantastic Discussions by Following These Three Simple Steps:

1.      Build a firm foundation

2.      Be clear about the task your group needs to accomplish

3.      And build on the comment and ideas of others

AGREEING TO DISAGREE

Disagree Without Getting Confrontational

1.      Present your viewpoint in a logical response

2.      Don’t enter into the personal space of other people

3.      Be aware of your voice

HOW CAN WE REPLACE CONFRONTATIONAL TONE WITH ONE OF COLLABORATION

1.      Use one of these firm yet polite statement

2.      Back up the statement with concrete evidence

ANOTHER WAY TO DISAGREE IS TO BUILD YOUR PARTNER’S COMMENT
